Triathlete Bootcamp will be offered by EAD again on Mondays at 8PM, provided there are eight people who sign up.  If you enjoyed the last session of bootcamp or if you would like to try it out for the first time, be sure to sign up quick!  The next session begins on Monday.  Please go to the EAD website to register (www.eliteathletic.com) or call 847-394-8110 before Monday!

Kristin and I will be doing this again. There is not a place to sign up online yet so I have contacted EAD to let them know. Well worth it!
