Because of her preparation for the Racine Half Ironman, Kristan will be unable to teach a late evening class. Sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope you understand!  We will pick right back up with our week 8 workout on July 20th.  If you are looking to get in a workout on that day still, come to Kristan's 6PM spin class (there may be open bikes!)
