As we approach the final stages of the tri-season we have had less and less interest in the group speed workouts at the Palatine track. At this point we would like to direct individuals still looking for speed work to participate in the Fast Track Racing sessions at Harper College on Wednesday nights. Warmups for these sessions start at 5:45 PM. More information may be found at their website: http://www.fasttrackracingteam.com/
Mark P. will be there to help get new YTri members oriented with the groups procedures, but none of you should feel like you wouldn't be able to perform well with this group. All that is asked is that you bring a $1 donation for track rental each week. You will not be required to "join" the racing team.

There are 4 different pace groups running each week with Fast Track. It sounds like everyone who participated in the speed workouts with our club will fit within one of the groups with Fast Track. So far, Mike , Chris , Rick ,Warren, and KJ have run with us at Fast Track.( I'm probably forgetting a few as well.) It sounds like everyone who participated in the speed workouts with our club will fit within one of the groups with Fast Track.
So far, Mike , Chris , Rick ,Warren, and KJ have run with us at Fast Track.( I'm probably forgetting a few as well.)
