Good luck to all Ytri triathletes competing this weekend! The Rockford Olympic triathlon on Sunday, August 1st is the last race in our series. We also have some folks competing in Michigan at the Ironman 70.3 Steelhead on Saturday -- if you can make the trip, our Ytri folks would love your support!

We are planning a great cookout for everyone coming to Racine on the weekend of July 17th/18th -- whether you are racing or Spectathleting -- so we need you to sign up on the website to indicate if you are taking part (either racing or spectating). We figured being in control of our nutrition is ideal, plus it gives us a chance to meet up before the race. Please go to the sign-up page and indicate your level of participation -- we'd love to see everyone there!

We want to wish all Ytri members competing at Mattoon, Batavia, Naperville, and Lake In The Hills this weekend good luck!
We have first-time triathletes jumping into open water with wetsuits, consummate competitors looking to fine-tune their craft, and veterans fighting back from injury. Everyone has worked really hard and should be confident that all that time on the bike, in the water, and on the roads — even running around EAD carrying a medicine ball – will pay off!
Be sure to submit your race results to Warren Dawkins (see the Race Results and Reports section of the website for details).
Race season is officially here!
