Group swim workouts are underway at the Buehler YMCA. It is not too late to join your teammates for weekly workouts. The written swim workouts vary from 1,200 yards to 3,500+ yards and are focused on distance freestyle stroke. We have seen great improvement from many swimmers who have been attending regularly. The key to getting faster is to swim consistently. Join us now!

Fridays - 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm (until April 15th)
Time Change: Fridays - 7:30 pm -9:00 pm (beginning April 22nd)
No particular end date has been established for our swim season yet, but we will continue workouts through late May, at least.

If this reads like Greek to you (and you're not our own beloved Louis Fronimos) then join us and Coach Sam for an in-depth clinic on the 2016 YTri training plans. We'll talk about how to utilize and modify the training plans for your own use, make sure you know how to acquire the plans via Final Surge and apply them for your season. After this clinic you will have a full understanding of how to interpret all of the instructions included in the swim, bike, run and strength training workouts. Sam will also cover basic nutrition advice for your training. As with all of our clinics, the only dumb question is the one you decide not to ask! As a bonus for those who attend, we will be raffling off two FREE entries to the Lake Zurich Triathlon! Don't miss it...

All Ytri clinics and workshops are included in your membership. Races and non-club events (e.g. Arlington 500, Twin Lakes and Lake Zurich Triathlons) require a separate registration.
