Ytri Performance Cycling classes have been a key component of the club since its inception. The classes are a 12-week progression of high intensity interval training. Classes are 90 minutes long. Participants will complete a time-trial to determine power and/or heart rate zones for following workouts.
Class will be offered Tuesdays from 7:30 - 9 p.m. and will begin Tuesday, February 7, 2017. Registration will open Saturday, February 4 at 5:30 a.m. This early time is chosen in an effort to make it fair for all Ytri members.
The event page will not allow registration until Saturday morning.
